Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or any other reason after the product has been delivered.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at: support@glowher.org. Kindly include clear photos of the item along with your proof of purchase so we can review the issue.
Once the issue has been verified, if the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Personal care and beauty products for hygiene reasons
